Before you form a relationship make sure you consider your local visa requirements and whether there are certain citizenships that do not qualify. Being financially stable is critical, and costs may accrue. Often the women seeking marriage outside their own country may be financially worse off than you due to cultural customs or lack of suitable employment. You will be expected to travel to her country of origin to meet and get to know her family and friends, and immigration is an expensive process. When she arrives in your country she will most likely be unable to work for a period of time even if she’s university educated, and you’ll be expected to financially provide for her, both personally and by your Government.

Make some online contacts in the country you prefer, it’s not difficult, then just go on a vacation, you will meet more honest decent women using this method that you will any other method, go to malls, supermarkets, parks, you can meet many women this way, you will meet many non-agency women, many women not listed on dating sites etc. find your lodging, find a translator and your on your way, you can also use method No. 2 and try and meet a few ladies online as a back up and a way to learn about her city, country, and recommendations for lodging etc.
